The Texeler Process
From wool to Texeler duvet 1. Texel sheep wool arriving at the factory where it is cleaned using a unique non-chemical process. 2. The wool is carded to align the fibers, which provides optimal softness, thermal insulation, and moisture regulation. 3. Depending on the required thickness of the duvet, one or more layers of wool are quilted between pure cotton. 4. The duvets are cut to the correct size and sorted. 5. The duvet is finished with a seam binding, labeled, and given a final inspection.
